Inside Sales/Sales Support

One Repair Force addresses the full range of its clients’ Information Technology and functional issues through advanced solutions based on Cisco, Symantec, and Microsoft products. As our company continues to grow, we are again searching for Inside Sales/Sales Support Representatives. As a key member of our Sales Organization, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and processing requests (from Clients and fellow Sales Team members).

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for many of customers. Therefore, our ideal candidate will have excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle high volumes of calls with an emphasis on customer service.

An advanced knowledge regarding today’s most current IT product/solutions is a PLUS!

Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries, quote generation, and order-tracking. Forming relationships with decision-makers and understanding the purchasing process of the customer. Key-account prospecting. Account Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity for the career-minded sales professional to join a fast-growing and respected company in the technology industry.
We are seeking to add a seasoned Account Manager with a strong background in Information Technology sales. Your primary responsibility is to present our services and solutions to companies in the Dallas/Ft Worth area by leveraging our extensive manufacturer relationships as well as our in-house technical team. You must understand and have a mastery of current IT product market. Of course it is necessary in this role to continually stay abreast of market trends and competitive information. Attend customer meetings and close business from leads provide by our lead generation programs.

JOB PURPOSE
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • VMware VSP certification or Cisco Sales Expert certification
  • Experience in IT Services, Computer Hardware and Software is necessary.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SELLING Information Technology related services or other managed service related field
  • Outstanding solution sales skills with a proven track record of closing new business.
  • Ability to close sales from leads generated through our lead generation programs
  • Ability to develop new leads and accounts through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to communicate at the CIO and IT Manager level within the organization.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid sales references and proven track record will be required.

Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer position maintains multiple Windows based networks and desktops for small to medium sized businesses. Work is performed both remotely and on customer premises.
Qualified candidates will have multiple years of experience and expertise deploying and maintaining Windows based networks. Candidate needs to be technically strong and able to troubleshoot a variety of workstation, network, and server issues. Needs to have familiarity with industry standard workstation hardware and have experience working with 3rd party software applications. This is a customer facing position.
CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco certifications are definitely a plus, and a willingness to continue training toward industry certifications is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent customer service skills, and integrity beyond reproach.

Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer will fully design, implement and maintain Cisco based voice, data and security solutions and build virtual platforms utilizing Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp, EMC, VMware and Veeam vendor products.

More specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Drive development and implementation of strategic business plans
  • Utilize available tools from our partners such as Cisco, Dell and VMware
  • Develop processes when needed to ensure smooth solution delivery
  • Mentor One Repair Force service team engineers on “best practices”
  • Build solid relationships with direct Vendor resources
  • Focus on growing our Cisco and Virtualization initiatives
  • Engage directly with target client’s/accounts in an effort to increase market share and instill technical credibility
  • Share knowledge with organization
  • Assist the sales team with pre sales technology solutions building new offerings by combining our strategic vendor products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science plus 5 years of related experience

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Certifications required:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

Experience must include:

  • Ability to design, implement and support the following:
    • advanced Cisco Data Networks
    • Cisco Voice
    • advanced data center solutions
  • Knowledge of Cisco and Dell Security products
  • Experience with CPU architecture related with Virtual Server and Desktop Solutions
