One Repair Force Return Policy
One Repair Force will credit or exchange product within 30 days from invoice date in accordance with the manufacturers return policies. All items being returned must be in the manufacturers sealed original packaging and include all accessories, software, documentation, etc. Open software can not be returned unless defective then only an exact exchange may be made. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Returns are accepted 1% per month of the monthly average of their previous quarters purchases and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the product meets the conditions explained below. “A” products are systems such as desktops, servers, notebooks, and workstations.
1. DOA products must follow the One Repair Force warranty repair/exchange program. Please contact the One Repair Force service department.
2. If a credit is issued, you will receive a credit for the current price at the time the RMA is issued.
3. Once an RMA is issued, product must be received at One Repair Force within 72 hours.
Damaged Shipments:
One Repair Force must be notified within 72 hours of all products that may have been damaged in shipping to ensure a claim can be filed. Damaged product may be ineligible after 72 hours.
