Flextime is blocks of discounted service time that is purchased in advance. This block of time is flexible based on the type of service resource required and the block is debited only for that time and resource’s discounted rate.
The Flextime rates apply to per incident services, as well as scheduled or ad hoc systems maintenance. Flextime gives the client the ability to control their rate costs and benefit from quicker response times than standard hourly rate clients because of the enhanced SLA that is part of the Flextime package. Flextime clients are also not charged any additional travel surcharges and are provided monthly summary and detailed reports that are reconciled against services rendered.
Flextime can also be purchased in a month to month agreement that allow clients the ability to budget IT services and monitor overall IT service needs. Flextime comes in various blocks and discounts can range from 5% to 25% in savings.
